[Terrain Tools] Create New Terrain Gizmo creates a GameObject in the users scene hierarchy
Repro Steps:
1. Install Terrain Tools into your project
2. Open up Windows -> Terrain -> Terrain Toolbox
3. Go to the Create New Terrain Tab
4. Scroll down and check the Gizmo box
Actual Results: A new Gameobject is created in your Scene Hierarchy that represents the Terrain Gizmo
Expected Results: Gizmo's would not be created as GameObjects in a user's scene view.

Resolution Note:
After further investigation, this issue is more of a feature improvement request than a bug. It works as intended, but could be implemented in a better way using Editor Handles instead of a Game Object. Moving to Jira
