[Terrain tools] Bridge, Clone, and Paint Texture tools make terrain details invisible
Happens in every currently supported version of the editor (versions tested: 2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.1f1, and 2020.2.0a20.2611)
Repro steps:
1. Create a terrain
2. Paint details onto the terrain
3. Choose one of the tools listed in the bug title (for instance, Bridge)
4. Click on the terrain
Expected result: the details remain there
Actual result: the details disappear
