Terrain shadows are not rendered when zooming out in Scene/Game View with Deferred Rendering enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Project.zip"
2. Open Scenes/Test
3. Zoom out in the Scene View
4. Observe the Terrain in the Scene View
Expected result: Shadows are always visible on the Terrain
Actual result: Shadows disappear when zooming out
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a10, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2019.4.29f (no Deferred Rendering option), 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.0a8 (Deferred Rendering is not working at all), 2021.1.0a9 (due to Console errors)
Notes:
1. Only reproducible with Universal Render Pipeline
2. Only reproducible with Deferred Rendering enabled
