Terrain is not affected by Environmental Lighting when Draw Instanced is turned on
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Open “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene”
3. Select the “Terrain” GameObject and go to ‘Terrain Settings’ tab in the Inspector
4. Uncheck ‘Draw Instanced’ and wait for it to load
5. Check ‘Draw Instanced’ again
Expected result: The terrain is bright pink
Actual result: The terrain is not affected by environmental lighting
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b14), 12.1.6 (2021.2.19f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.8f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.10f1), 14.0.1 (2022.2.0a8)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.37f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b13), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a9), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b4), 15.0.0 (23.1.0a4)
