Terrain Component stops working when displaying it through Odin, even with all other Inspectors closed
To reproduce:
1. Download attached "TerrainInspectorTest.zip" project and open in Unity
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Select "TerrainInspectorTest" in Hierarchy and make sure you have only one Inspector tab opened
4. Enter to Play mode
5. Observe that "Terrain Inspector Test" component in Inspector prints "NOTE: Inspector tab is a duplicate. Paint functionality disabled." message
Notes:
- Cannot check is this issue is fixed in Unity 2019.3 and 2020.1 because Project becomes corrupted

Reproduced on Unity 2019.1.2f1, 2019.1.14f1 and 2019.2.3f
Not reproduced on Unity 2018.4.8f1 and 2019.1.1f1
