System.Numerics is missing in Experimental (.NET 4.6 Equivalent)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User's attached project "NET Test.zip"
2. Look at Console
Result: Error in the Console: error CS0234: The type or namespace name `Numerics' does not exist in the namespace `System'. Are you missing `System.Numerics' assembly reference?
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0f3.
Not reproduced with: 5.6.2p3 (no Experimental (.NET 4.6 Equivalent))
