Switching refresh rate without switching resolution or fullscreen mode doesn't work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build for Windows Standalone
3. Run it
4. Switch to exclusive fullscreen mode at a particular resolution
5. Switch to a different refresh rate without changing display resolution
6. Observe that nothing happens

The second way to get back your original display settings is to start up in Safe Mode, which basically loads Windows in a stripped down state.
