[SW-unity-6-1] URP Point Lights flickering when moving or rotating the camera
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-93483_BugReport_New.zip"
2. Enter Play mode
3. Move the mouse cursor in different directions
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: The GameObject always receives lightning despite the position of the camera
Actual result: The GameObject stops receiving light when moving the mouse/camera
Reproducible in : 6000.1.0a3, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a1
Not reproducible in : 6000.1.0a2, 6000.0.37f1, 2022.3.57f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
