SVG viewport is not preserved when imported as UI Toolkit Vector Image
Reproduction steps:
1. Open “PaddingProject“
2. Open “ExpectedScene” and observe the SVG’s padding in the Game view
3. Open “ActualScene” and observe the SVG’s padding in the Game view
Expected result: padding is the same
Actual result: padding is missing in “ActualScene”
Reproduced in: 2.0.0-preview.8 (2023.2.0a7), 2.0.0-preview.20 (2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.12f1, 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a7)
Could not test in: 2.0.0-preview.7 (2023.2.0a7) (Vector Graphics package errors)
Reproduced using: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel), Windows 11 (by reporter)
