[Terrain] Reflection probes do not affect Terrain
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open 'ShaderTest' project
2. Open 'scene'
3. It has a quad and terrain with the same material
4. Observe the scene
5. Notice that the terrain does not expose reflection probes thus look differently
