Surface Shader custom per-vertex data example is missing details
Steps to reproduce :
- open Documentation/Documentation/Components/SL-SurfaceShaderExamples.html
- go to section "Custom data computed per-vertex"
- there is no note that custip Input members should not have their names begin with "uv"
