Sub-canvases with "Override Sorting" enabled are not hidden when parent Canvas component is disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "nested-canvas-render-incorrectly.zip" and scene "test-subcanvas"
2. In the Hierarchy window, select "GameObject" object
3. In the Inspector window, make sure that "Override Sorting" is enabled
4. In the Hierarchy window, select "Canvas" object
5. In the Inspector window, disable component "Canvas"
6. Observe Game view
Expected result: both white and red cubes disappears
Actual result: only the parent - white cube disappears
Reproducible with: 2017.4.24f1, 2018.3.13f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a11

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
When a subcanvas is override sorting its treated as a root canvas. Thus ignores all properties of parent canvas's other then positioning.
