[STW 6.1] UI Builder Inspector fields get corrupted when docked UI Builder is maximized
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create and open a new UI Document. Create → UI Toolkit → UI Document
3. Add a VisualElement to the Hierarchy
4. For VisualElement, expand headers for settings inside UI Inspector enough so that a scrollbar appears (the more headers expanded the better)
5. Dock the UI Builder anywhere in the Editor
6. Double-click on the UI Builder tab to maximise it
7. Scroll the UI Builder’s Inspector
8. Observe the result
Expected result: All fields and buttons are visible in the UI Builder’s Inspector
Actual result: Some fields and buttons become corrupted and are invisible
Reproducible in: 2023.2.0a18 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b3
Not reproducible in: 2022.3.56f1, 2023.2.0a17
Reproducible on: macOS 15.2 (M1 Pro), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
