Strings are not fully read when "\0" null character is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TestFor1072468.zip"
2. Run the SampleScene
3. Observe the string length and its contents printed in the Console window
Expected result: string is fully read
Actual result: string is not read after the null character
Reproducible with: 2017.2.3p3, 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.5f1, 2018.3.0a9
