Static batching causes UV maps artefacts to appear
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "Hotel_Beach" scene
3. Look at the plane before playing (look at the screenshots)
4. Press play
5. Look at the plane again, you can see that the artefacts of UV maps appear on the plane
Note: Disabling static batching will not reproduce this issue anymore
Expected behavior: Artefacts of UV maps are not appearing when static batching is turned on
Reproduced on: 5.4.2p1, 5.4.1f1, 5.4.0f3
Note: Couldn't reproduce this issue on 5.5 due to a lot of script errors

I think this issue might be related to a bug I filed with Unity 5.2.2p2

The problem is still active in Unity 5.5.0f3
