Standalone build with custom SRP doesn't draw objects on screen
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (SRPTest.zip)
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe that transparent quads are drawn to the screen
5. Build and run the project for PC Standalone
6. Observe that the quads are not rendered
Expected: the custom SRP works in the build
Reproduced in 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.0b3, 2018.3.0a1
Could not reproduce in 2017.3 and earlier, nothing is drawn to the screen even in the Editor
