[Stacks] No warning/error/pink preview when current render pipeline does not match graph target
Repro steps:
1. Use Universal RP assigned as the current pipeline with HDRP in the project
2. Create an HD Lit shader
3. Open it
Expected result: there is a warning, or the preview is pink
Actual result: there is no indication that you are using the wrong pipeline other than the fact that nothing is rendered in the preview
