"StackOverflowException" error is thrown when two locales use each other as fallbacks and Preload Behavior is set to Preload Selected Locale And Fallbacks
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors are logged
Actual result: “StackOverflowException” error is logged
Reproducible with: 1.4.5 (2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.30f1), 1.5.2 (2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.30f1, 6000.0.3f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
