[SSR] Changing viewport rect to anything lower than 1 causes innacurate results
If you change the camera's Viewport rect in Height or width to anything lower than 1 then it causes all loss of proper functionality.
Repro:
1. Import CameraRectBug.UnityPackage
2. Open Scene 'ssrr_feeback_01.unity'
3. Click play
4. Select the "Main Camera" in the hierarchy
5. Change the Camera's View-port rect to 0.5 (H)
6. Move mouse around in-game and observe the crazyness
