SRP Batcher compatibility of the same shader changes when changing Graphics API for Windows from OpenGLES3 to Direct3D11
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “shaderlodbug”
2. Select the Assets/Shaders/U1.shader asset in the Project window
3. Observe the SRP Batcher value in the Inspector window
4. Change the Graphics API for Windows from OpenGLES3 to Direct3D11
5. Reload the Editor when prompted
6. Repeat steps 2 and 3
Expected result: the SRP Batcher value stays the same
Actual result: the SRP Batcher value changes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a16, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a21
Reproducible on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
