Square artefact in the middle of an image when it is imported into Unity Editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "1000001_Images_Test.zip"
2. Open Test scene
3. Change to 2d View and zoom in on images
Expected result: images don't have an artefact in the middle
Actual result: there's a tiny square in the middle of slightly different colour, even though original image is without that
Reproducible: 2017.4.18f1, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1

Resolution Note:
This is due to the texture is compressed by default.
On the TextureImporter settings, set the compression from "Normal Quality" to "None", then the artefact will be gone.
