Sprite with SpriteShapeBody Shader gets graphical artifacts when rotating the camera
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Sample Scene
3. In the Hierarchy window select Main Camera then press a button E and rotate the camera
4. Inspect GameObject in the Game view
Expected: Sprite with SpriteShapeBody Shader shows appropriate values
Actual: Sprite with SpriteShapeBody Shader gets graphical artifacts
Reproduced on: 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.9f1, 2018.3.0b2, 2019.1.0a1
Note: Couldn't reproduce on 2017.4.11f1 version due to the errors breaking the project
