Sprite previews are missing in the Editor when URP is installed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “bug-sprite-previews.zip”
2. Open “SampleScene”
3. Select “Canvas\Image” in the Hierarchy
4. Open the “Image\Source Image\Select Sprite” window through the Inspector
Expected result: the “U_Logo_Small_Black_RGB (sprite)” preview is visible
Actual result: the “U_Logo_Small_Black_RGB (sprite)” preview is not visible
Reproducible with: 2022.3.1f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.3f1, 2023.2.0a22
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.0f1
Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (Intel), Windows 11 (by the reporter)
Note: The previews are fixed when sprites are reset, but after entering Play Mode or reopening the project, the previews are missing again
