Sprite gets permanently corrupted on Editor Play
repro:
-Import attached sprite package
-Drop sprite into Scene (2D)
-Click play in the Animation window ... sprite play as expected
-Click the Editor Play...
bug: sprite render is permanently corrupted in both Scene and Game views
