Regression
Yes
Sprite applies the Material settings only when the "Mask Interaction" field inside the Sprite Renderer component is updated
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN-91973_SpriteMask“
2. In the Inspector double click on the “character 3” GameObject → “Pupils”
3. Observe the eyes of the model inside the Scene view (white eyes)
4. In the Inspector change the Sprite Renderer → Mask Interaction to “None”
5. In the Inspector change the Sprite Renderer → Mask Interaction back to “Visible Inside Mask”
6. Observe the eyes of the model inside the Scene view (colorful eyes)
Expected result: No changes visible, eyes are always colorful
Actual result: Eyes change color
