[Spotlight][Shadows] High Spot angle value causes shadow softening
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and Untitled.scene
2) Notice Point Light object (which is a Spot light) and that it has Hard Shadows
3) Increase it's Spot angle and notice the glitching when it's near maximum (see the .gif)
Expected: Shadows should stay hard
Actual: They become soft
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b8; 5.3.3p1
