Sphere Collider sometimes reports incorrect results when using Physics.ComputePenetration
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Move the Sphere Collider around
Reproducible with: 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a2
Couldn't test with 2017.4.19f1 because of project incompatibility
Actual results: Collider flickers from wrong result to correct result
Expected results: Collider should only return correct results
