1201498
Regression
No
Full value of float numbers not visible when viewed using Visual Effects Graph window
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Case_1201498"
2. Open in the Project window "Assets/VFX/TrigFunctions.vfx" using the Visual Effects Graph window
3. Observe values of Sine, Cosine, and Tangent with different Pi values
Expected result: all values can be seen
Actual result: values with many digits after the decimal point get cut off
Reproducible with: Visual Effect Graph 4.3.0 (2018.4.14f1), 6.9.0 (2019.2.15f1), 7.1.6 (2019.3.0f1, 2020.1.0a15)
Could not test with: 2017.4.35f1
Notes: Problem is easiest to notice when dealing with numbers significantly smaller than 1, for example with values such as Sin(pi). Could not test with Unity 2017.4 because Visual Effects Graph is not present in this version.
