Regression

Some packages have their version's last number trimmed when resizing packages list at 125% UI Scale in Package Manager
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project "2021.2 Beta.zip"
2. Go to Edit > Preferences > UI Scaling and change the custom scaling value to 125%
3. Go to Window > Package Manager
4. Resize the left pane with the packages list
Expected result: Package version's last number does not change
Actual result: Package version's last number changes to "..." for a brief period
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a14, 2022.1.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0a13
Notes:
- The issue only reproduces when the UI Scaling is set to 125% and 175%
- The issue reproduces only with specific packages in the "In Project" tab and in the "Unity Registry" tab
