Slider Component using an Image for its Fill Rect field does not properly mark the Image's Fill Amount property as driven
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Import the tester-attached Prefab(Slider.prefab)
3. Drag the prefab into the scene
4. Select the Image GameObject and change its Fill Rect value
5. Right-click 'Fill Rect' and apply override changes to the Prefab
Expected result: changes are applied successfully
Actual result: Fill Rect value is reset to Slider Component's value
Reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.5f1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a19
