[SimpleAnimation] Disconnecting Playables from the graph doesn't stop writing their values
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project ("Simple Animation Keep Playables Connected Bug.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("Keep Weightless Playables Connected")
3. In the Hierarchy, select the "Cube" object and make sure that "Keep Stopped Playables Connect" flag is set to false
4. Enter Play Mode, press the "Play" button and inspect the animations
Expected results: "SimpleAnimation" object's scale remains the same after the animation changes
Actual results: "SimpleAnimation" object's scale snaps back to the original value
Reproducible with: 2018.3.13f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a12
Couldn't test with 2017.4 because of package code errors (missing assemblies)
