Text overlaps with the dropdown icon in the Particle Effect window when Simulate layers are set to Ignore Raycast
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Hierarchy >Effects > Particle System.
3. Set Simulate layers value to Ignore Raycast.
4. Observe the particle effect window in the scene view
Actual Result:
Text overlaps with the dropdown icon when Simulate layers are set to Ignore Raycast
Expected Result:
The text doesn't overlap with the dropdown icon
Reproducible in:
2020.1.0a2, 2019.3.0b1, 2019.3.0a3.
Working Fine in:
2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0f1
Environment:
Windows10, Linux ubuntu 16.04 LTS & Mac 10.14.
