UIELements - ListView - Shortcut Manager - Binding list breaks when switching between categories after scrolling
If you are viewing a category in the Shortcuts window that is scrollable, scroll to the bottom of the category and then switch categories, the bindings list view will break.
1. Open Unity
2. Create a new project with any settings
3. Open the Shortcuts window
4. Select the Timeline category
5. Scroll to the bottom of the category
6. Select the Terrain category
Expected Result:
Bindings for the category are shown correctly.
Actual Result:
The first entry of the category will be vertically offset, overlapping other entries in the list.
