If you are looking at the Binding Conflicts category in the Shortcut Manager and click inside the binding list, an ArgumentOutOfRangeException exception will occur.

1. Open Unity
2. Create a new project with any settings
3. Open the Shortcut Manager
4. Select the "Binding Conflicts" Category
5. Click in the binding list panel

Expected Result:
No exceptions occur.

Actual Result:
An ArgumentOutOfRangeException exception will occur.
