Shadows are incorrect on Nokia Lumia 630 and 930
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project or create any project which has control over quality settings.
2. Build and run on Nokia Lumia 630 or 930 as Windows Phone 8 or 8.1 application
3. Change quality settings - see that shadows cover everything when are enabled.
This is caused by newer GPU drivers in these devices.

Hi, this issue still exists in 4.6.7 - it's over a year since reported!
