Shadow Cascades debug view is broken when no shadow casting directional light is present
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download CornellBox project, and open CornellBox scene (link in the comments)
2. In the Hierarchy panel, make sure that the Directional Light is disabled
3. Enable either Point or Spot light in the Hierarchy panel
4. In the Scene viewport, switch to Shadow Cascades debug view
5. Notice that the view is broken (even more apparent when moving the camera around)
Notes:
- Disabling Shadow Cascades debug view if no shadow casting directional light is enabled in the scene would be the best solution
- Present both on MacOS and Windows
