Shaders break when Directional mode is used on an Additive scene with baked Non-Directional Lightmaps
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (LightmodeWarning.zip)
2. Open the DirectionalBaked scene
3. Make sure that SceneLoader GameObject's script component has 'Make Added Scene Active' unchecked
4. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: the non-directional scene sphere has correct shading
Actual result: the non-directional scene sphere has incorrect shading
Reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a16
