[Mobile] Player Crash on scripting_invoke_profiler_begin when the built Player Scene has an empty UIDocument and is built on IL2CPP

1. Open the attached “IN-110405.zip” Project
2. Build and Run the “SampleScene” on a Mobile device
3. Observe the Crash

Reproducible with: 6000.0.55f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.1f1, 6000.3.0a4

- When Building and Running on iOS, XCode throws this error: “Thread 1: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (code=1, address=0x52) A bad access to memory terminated the process) on main files line 26: [ufw runUIApplicationMainWithArgc: argc argv: argv];
- Android Crash also shows this error: Assertion failed on expression: 'NULL != g_Instance'
