ShaderLab documentation grammar and format items
Several formatting and grammar corrections could be made to this page:
Unity Manual > Graphics > Graphics Reference > Shader Reference > Advanced ShaderLab topics > Platform Specific Rendering Differences
In my Unity installation on my computer this document appears here:
file:///Applications/Unity/Unity.app/Contents/Documentation/html/en/Manual/SL-PlatformDifferences.html
A) There are formatting errors in the code snippets on this page. For example, this:
1. if UNITY_UV_STARTS_AT_TOP
was probably intended to appear like this:
# if UNITY_UV_STARTS_AT_TOP
B) This code:
StructuredBuffer<float4> myColors;
RWTexture2D<float4> myRandomWriteTexture;
was probably intended to appear like this:
StructuredBuffer <float4> myColors;
RWTexture2D <float4> myRandomWriteTexture;
C) I think this is missing a word:
"…some parts of surface shader compilation pipeline…"
Consider changing it to this:
"…some parts of the surface shader compilation pipeline…"
D) To fix missing word and singular versus plural grammar change this:
"If you’re HLSL features like … wrap it…"
to this:
"If you use HLSL features like … wrap them…"
