[Shadergraph] Matrix multiplication by scalar/float converts the scalar to a vector2, 3 or 4
Repro steps:
1. Create a matrix4x4 node, a float node, and a multiply node
2. Plug the matrix4x4 and float node outputs into the inputs of the multiply node
Expected result: the float is treated as a scalar multiplier to the matrix (this is how it will work if you use the "mul" function in hlsl)
Actual result: the float is recast as a vector4
