Shader Graph Replace Color Node replaces to a lighter hex value than in the Replace Color Node's "From" property
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "URP Test Project.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Open the "Sprite Lit Palette Swapper" Shader Graph
4. Set the Range property to 0.2 in the Replace Color Node
Expected result: Sprite with "From" color is replaced with "To" color
Actual result: Lighter hex value is replaced with "To" color than specified in "From" property
Reproducible with: 7.5.2 (2019.4.17f1), 8.3.1 (2020.1.17f1)
Not reproducible with: 9.0.0-preview.35 10.1.0, 10.2.2 (2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a10, 2021.2.0a1)
