Setting RenderTexture.active when the script executes in edit mode results in objects not selectable in scene view
To reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "TestRenderTexture.zip"
2. Open "Test" scene
3. Try to click on either camera or directional light in scene view
Expected result: Clicking on an object in scene view should prompt the inspector window and 3d manipulation gizmo
Actual result: Clicking on an object does not do anything
Note: commenting out either line 5 ([ExecuteInEditMode]) or line 20 (RenderTexture.active = m_texture;) fixes the bug
Reproduced on: 5.5.4f1, 5.6.1p2, 2017.1.0b8, 2017.2.0a2
