SetPixel bug with Generated (and possibly other) textures
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open TransparencyBugScene
3. Notice that transparent textures generated in editor have issues with SetPixel in areas where the source
texture was transparent
Workaround: To workaround this issue, I use purple pixels as a background color, and remove them after
creating textures in code
Reproducible: 5.4.0b14, 5.3.4p2, 5.2.4p1. 5.0.1f1
