Set as first/last sibling is not working when using Menu Bar
Reproduction steps:
- Open the attached project (“SetSibling.zip“)
- Select Scene “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene”
- Select the Child GameObject "Middle" ("First">"Middle") in the Hierarchy window
- Observe the "Set as first sibling" Menu Item (GameObject>"Set as first sibling")
Expected result: Option is available
Actual result: Option is grayed
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.1.28f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11
