Select Preset Inspector header background changes size between "None" and "Create New Preset" with no change in content
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any project.
# Click on any item in Hierarchy to view in the inspector.
# Click on the Select Preset (looks like two sliders) icon between the (?) and the ⋮ on any component.
# On the Select Preset window, ensure the Inspector is toggled on.
# Click between 'None' and 'Create New...' options. Observe the Inspector.
*Actual results:* The header size changes between the two, even though no new/different information is displayed.
*Expected results:* No changes in the UI.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.18f1, 2023.2.20f1, 2023.1.20f1
*Can’t test with versions:* 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.44f1 - UI is different.
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 24.04, MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1
*Notes:*
* Did not regression test extensively as this seems to be new UI not available in older versions, and also a minor cosmetic issue.
