Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any project.
2. Click on any item in Hierarchy to view in the inspector.
3. Click on the Select Preset (looks like two sliders) icon between the (?) and the ⋮ on any component.
4. On the Select Preset window, ensure the Inspector is toggled on.
5. Click between 'None' and 'Create New...' options. Observe the Inspector.

Actual results: The header size changes between the two, even though no new/different information is displayed.

Expected results: No changes in the UI.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.18f1, 2023.2.20f1, 2023.1.20f1

Can’t test with versions: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.44f1 - UI is different.

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1

Notes:

• Did not regression test extensively as this seems to be new UI not available in older versions, and also a minor cosmetic issue.
