Searching for Terrain in hierarchy greys out the trees on terrain when camera is to close to them
Steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Load TreeTest scene
3. Search for Terrain in Hierarchy
==> Everything except terrain with trees is greyed out
4. Scroll closer to Trees
==> The closets Trees are greyed out as well
Note: Take a look into attached movie for details
Note: We rely on "grey out" feature to release our new "InContext" prefab editing feature

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
Unfortunately this bug probably won't be fixed, given the low impact, and that it only repros with tree creator built trees.
