Search: "Saved Search Panel" section line moves separately from the section

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a 2D project
  2. Add any 2D game object for example "Capsule"
  3. Go to "Window" menu and select "Search" ->"New Window"
  4. Type "Capsule" into search input section and click "Enter"
  5. Click "Open Saved Search Panel" button
  6. Verify that mentioned section opens
  7. Try to resize it by dragging the section

Expected result: Section line should move with the section.

Actual result:  Section line goes separately from the "Saved Search Panel". Video added in the attachments section.

 

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0.a15, 2023.1.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.6f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2020.3.45f1 (this stream do not has this functionality).
