[Search] Inconsistency with name of shortcut to access Search window
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Open a Unity project
2. Hover over the magnifying glass icon in the top right of the Editor window
*Actual results:* The tooltip says the magnifying glass is a shortcut for 'Global Search'.

This is inconsistent as the name of the feature is actually 'Search All' and this is used elsewhere in the Editor such as in the Edit menu

*Expected results:* The magnifying glass tooltip matches up to the name of the shortcut.
