Accepting Asset Store EULA endless loop in Package Manager window
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity ID
- Log in the editor with that new Unity ID
- Log in the asset store website with a different Unity ID
- On the Asset Store, acquire any asset
- Click to open in the editor
- Unity editor > Package Manager window > My Assets > Asset > Download
- A popup shows up to accept EULA > Accept > from the Asset Store website, scroll down > Agree
- Back in the Packman window, Download
- Looping to step 4 (EULA popup shows again)
Actual results:
- Trying to download from Package Manager My Assets menu still trigger the EULA popup as if accepting EULA from Asset Store website did not work.

Expected results:
The logged in user should warn or change when interacting between the editor and the asset store website
