ScrollView speed is slower when in Play window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "IN-89592" project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Scroll in both the "Game" and the "MyWindow" windows
4. Observe the ScrollView speed
Expected result: The ScrollView speed is consistent between “Game“ and “MyWindow“ windows
Actual result: The ScrollView speed in the “Game“ window is slower
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a16, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.57f1, 2023.2.0a15
Reproducible on: macOS 15.1 (M1 Max), Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: adjust the “Reference DPI“ setting in the PanelSettings.asset to have the same scale factor for both windows (Windows: 96, macOS: 127).
